Spy Kids All The Time In the World

I just watched a Spy Kids movie. This time in stead of Juni and Carmen it is Rebecca and Cecil. The kids fight and bet. This time instead of fighting each other, they have to fight the Time keeper and Tick Tock. There step mom is a spy. When the Rebecca finds out she is mad at her for not telling her. Cecil thinks it is cool. They go to OSS because Tick Tock want to get Rebecca's necklace. It is the Chronos Sapphire. The kids Become spy's and stop Tick Tock. Can't tell you anymore. Just saying there is a talking dog named Argonaught.
